1. The service

HTML to Markdown (this website) provides free browser-based conversion between HTML and Markdown, plus an optional one-time Pro upgrade. All conversion runs locally in your browser; your content is not uploaded to our servers.

2. Pricing & billing

The converter is free to use. The "Pro — Lifetime" upgrade is a single one-time payment of US$9.00. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider; taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.

3. Refunds & cancellation

Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. If the Pro features fail to work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing ynzt2025@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, conversion errors, or damages arising from use of the service. Do not use the service as your only copy of important content.

5. Acceptable use & termination

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may terminate or restrict access (and refund outstanding Pro purchases) for violations of these terms.
