What we collect

The converter itself collects no personal data: conversion happens entirely in your browser and your content never reaches our servers. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply. If you buy the Pro upgrade, our payment provider collects the billing data it needs (name, email, payment details) — we never see or store your full card number.

How data is used & stored

Support emails are used only to answer you. Payment records are retained by the payment provider as required by financial regulations. We do not sell or rent any data, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Third parties

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (payment processing, tax handling, receipts). Standard hosting-level request logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing ynzt2025@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you have GDPR rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; California residents have CCPA rights.
